I always stay at this hotel. Staff was helpful with car service. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, off-site car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, 24-hour security. Coming back for Christmas!

To much money for hotel

hotel is located outside the town of Puerto Real, short distance from the town, right next to a roundabout that gives you access to the most important cities in the area (Puerto de Santa Maria, San Fernando, Jerez, Cadiz). It is very spacious, has good services (cafeteria, dining room, pool, paddle, wi-fi, lounge-tv, tv and AA in room, elevators... staff is very attentive and friendly.

There is no entertainment program and in summer on a Friday or Saturday after dinner some show is missing (magic, humor, music, dance ...). The room that I was assigned lacks a terrace and in summer it is necessary to put the bath clothes to "dry" (swimsuits, towels, mats..) for the following day. The prices for breakfast and meals are very reasonable. The beaches in El Puerto de Santa María, which are not in Puerto Real, are very pleasant.

stayed in puerto real before but this time gran hotel ciudad del sur was even better! huge room, comfy bed, great pool. we ate at the hotel and the food was yummy and affordable. staff were polite and efficient too.

the beds were really unconfortable. for a 4 star hotel I expected it a bit better.

The tub is not watertight, so some water from the shower ends up wetting the floor of the bathroom.

This hotel sure knows how to impress with its fancy facilities - a huge pool, modern meeting rooms, and even Wi-Fi! It's like a paradise for business travelers.

Oh, and let's not forget about the thrilling view of the parking lot from my room window. Absolutely breathtaking!

The hotel is extremely noisy, with housekeeping starting early in the morning and guests being loud in the corridors late at night. The Wi-Fi was also slow and unreliable, making it difficult to work during my business trip.

Recently stayed at the Gran Hotel Ciudad Del Sur for a relaxing getaway. The hotel offers great amenities, including a fantastic swimming pool. Our room was spacious with a huge, comfortable bed and plenty of extra space.
